Our Business

Quick Response Security was born in August of 2008. In early 2013 we proudly changed our name to Quick Response Security of Missouri.  Our founders determined after  years of employment in security and other related fields in the industry, that several problems remained true through all the companies they had previously been employeed with. The problems most often observed was a lack of training or the employment of unqualified personnel entrusted with the safety and security of the client, and the clients property. The second major problem was on the management side with either a lack of management or the company was so micro-managed that the client was unsure of whom to contact if a problem did arise. Quick Response Security prides its self in the fact that every client can rest assured that if any problem arises our management team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. QRS also is proud of the fact that all of our Security Officers have a minimum of 3 years experience in the security industry, with several of our officers having a decade or more experience in Law Enforcement.

Jason Quick

Field Operations Director/CEO

 Jason origionally hails from California State with a background in Law Enforcement and  Security. Jason has been a resident of the Lake area for over two decades and has worked in Security and related fields in the area for most of those two decades.

Wayne Shaw

Senior Training Officer

 Wayne origionally hails from California State. Wayne has over 14 years Law Enforcement experience and over a decade of Security service in the local area. Wayne is a P.O.S.T. certified pistol and shotgun insructor, as well as being trained extensively in several investigative processes.

Renee Heck

Field Training Officer

 Renee has lived most of her life in the lake area. Renee came on board with QRS in 2008, after working for another security company. Renee has advanced quickly and is now a field training officer as well as one of our top site supervisors.
